Recently, John Miziolek, Co-Founder of Reset Branding was interviewed by Toronto's National Post writer Hollie Shaw about Tim Horton's brand issues. Tim Horton's has been attacked in the media, by employee's and franchisees over pay, benefits and operation costs.
